IMPORTANT: These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods by Timber Kit Buildings. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Your statutory rights under Irish and EU law are not affected.

1.  Contract Formation

• It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local planning regulations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

14. Price lock offer Deposit & Instalment Payment Terms

Under this promotional offer, the customer is required to pay a 30% deposit at the time of order. The remaining balance will be divided into equal monthly instalments, with each instalment automatically charged to the debit or credit card provided by the customer and retained securely on file. Monthly payments will be processed on the 1st day of each month, with the final payment required prior to the scheduled delivery of the order in March 2027.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the nominated payment card remains valid, active and has sufficient funds available for each scheduled payment. If any scheduled payment is declined, fails to process, or remains unpaid, the company reserves the right to cancel the order immediately. In the event of cancellation due to a failed or missed payment, the 30% deposit and all instalment payments previously made will be non-refundable and forfeited, and no further obligation to supply or deliver the order will arise.
