Product Specifications:

• Weight: 6kg per roll

• Material Type: SBS Modified Bitumen with a high-performance polyester base

• Top Surface: Polyethylene film (non-removable)

• Underside: Easy-release film for peel-and-stick application

• Sticks to: Timber, metal, bitumen, concrete, masonry
  (Not suitable for PVC or silicone surfaces)

Installation Guidelines:

• Apply at temperatures above 10°C

• Ensure surface is clean, dry, and dust-free

• Overlap sheets by at least 100mm

• Begin with a 200mm release and gradually roll into place

• Roll out smoothly to avoid air pockets – use a brush or pressure roller if needed

• Bitumen glue (optional) may be used for added security at joints and detailing

• Suitable for across or lengthwise installation, allowing minimal waste

Coverage Example:

For a 4.0m x 4.0m log cabin with 300mm overhangs:

• Roof area including detailing: 4.9m x 4.9m = 24.01m²

• Recommended quantity: 5–6 rolls (each roll covers 5m²)
